From the time that you submit your order it can take up to 3 weeks to have it ready for pick-up or shipping. Most of our items are ordered just for you - that takes time. Most items in our Overstock section are ready to ship right away.

When you order is ready for pick-up or shipping you will be notified by email. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days once the courier has picked up your package.

The simple answer is 'yes'. However, you must contact us to discuss before placing your order.

We offer discounts for group orders - 10%. The order can be placed online or you can contact us to organize offline.

If you receive an item that is faulty / damaged, please contact us right away so we can make it right!

We do not have a return policy since most of our items are custom ordered and made just for you, therefore we cannot accept returns. In saying that, we will work with you should there be any issues with your gear.
